Join us at 10:15am for a though provoking presentation on Poverty in Decatur. David Snoeyenbos will present his talk: “The Growth and Decline of Decatur.”  He will talk about how Decatur grew for 100 years, on a strong industrial base, then fell into decline for 35, leading to high poverty. Joyce Throneburg will be service leader.
