Carol Brand will be joining UUFD on April 28th to share her work with the Moms & Babies Program at the Decatur Correctional Center.  Carol has a Masters’ degree and has worked for the Department of Corrections for 18 years.  She is responsible for opening the library at the center, has taught Adult Education and GED classes for 12 years, and has served as the Infant Development Administrator for over five years. Service begins at 10:15am.
